at our factory where we will
show you the manufacturing
process and propose to you
the available stock models.

Once a floor plan is drawn and
agreed upon and the offer
signed, all it takes is a few days
to get the house finished.
(Depending on workload). |

During this time the client must
prepare the ground to reception
the house. (Usually concrete
footings of 400x400 mm). Once
the house is received, all the
client has to do is to connect
water, electricity and sewage to
the corresponding main outlets
and the house is ready.

are more extensive and he
requires a prefab compound,
then an approval plan will be
drawn out. |
